Autism Resources Across Ontario
When we arrived in Ontario, I spent weeks building a list like this one by hand, one phone call at a time. Here is the version I wish I had found: every verified Foundational Family Services provider in the province, grouped by region, checked against the official roster.
Foundational Family Services are free for every family registered in the Ontario Autism Program. They include caregiver workshops, coaching, brief consultations, transition supports, and family clinic days.
Here is the detail most families miss: you can register with any provider on this list, no matter where in Ontario you live. Many offer virtual programs, so a workshop from a Northern provider is just as available to a family in Mississauga.
The Five OAP Regions
Western Region
